Setting Up A Self Care Hub in the Cost of Living Crisis

In December we helped ADIRA set up their Self Care Hub with the help of Henry Boot PLC.

In order to set up the hub, the cellar of a local community hub they were using to store the goods needed to be completely repurposed. See before and after photos sent through to us by ADIRA.

The purpose of the self care hub was to provide culturally appropriate products to the African Caribbean community in Sheffield and above all provide some self care to those hardest hit by the cost of living crisis.

An absolutely fantastic project highlighting the importance of cross sector collaboration.
